The People Profession and my passion for HR is not just a job, or even just a career, its my life's work. I am relentless in my pursuit to ensure HR delivers tangible value, not only to employees and businesses, but beyond in wider society and the world we live and work in.

People Strategy

I work with HR leaders to help shape and create effective People Strategies. Using tried and tested approaches which take People Teams from zero plan to award winning in three years. Over my career I have designed and executed multiple People Strategies delivering high impact and value to businesses.

My experience means I’ve been able to not only delver on People Strategy, but also influence business strategy by bringing the two together. I work closely with commercial teams to better understand the needs and challenges of leaders, shaping messaging and positioning that speaks directly to their priorities and challenges.

I’ve contributed significantly to thought leadership across the HR industry, through webinars, client conferences, press interviews, data reports and published articles. Partnering with marketing teams and PR agencies, I’ve helped to ensure the company brand shows up with credibility and relevance. These contributions have resulted in me being listed on the HR Magazine Most Influential HR Practitioner list in 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2025.

For organisations offering products or services to HR professionals, I bring a combination of practitioner insight and commercial awareness, and can act as a trusted advocate and brand champion, helping to shape brand positioning and strengthen market connection.
